I've spent most of my life trying to regain my autonomy. One of the most empowering ways I've learned to do this over the last few years is by surrendering to my most vulnerable feelings, offering myself grace, and being honest with everyone I know while allowing people the same freedom. It is my honor to work with and document like-minded individuals through their journeys as we all learn to embrace our unique qualities, both internally and externally.
This journey is not just about capturing images; it’s about creating a space where authenticity thrives. Each individual's story is a testament to resilience, revealing how embracing vulnerability can lead to deeper connections and understanding. Through photography, I aim to highlight the beauty in each person's unique experience, celebrating their path to self-acceptance and empowerment.
Every session offers an opportunity for collaboration and shared exploration, resulting in images that reflect genuine emotion and individuality. This process not only enriches my practice but also helps those I work with to realize the power in their own narratives. Together, we can illuminate the diverse ways in which we navigate our lives, fostering a sense of community and acceptance in our collective journey.
Born and raised in Vermont, my connection to nature is profound and integral to my work. I embrace the beauty of the outdoors and utilize it in every session I conduct. Whether it's for nourishment, healing, mindfulness, or creative expression, nature serves as my backdrop and inspiration.
Most of my photography sessions take place in the stunning landscapes of New England, where the natural world provides a unique canvas for storytelling. As a mother and a lifelong learner, I see each interaction as an opportunity for growth and understanding. I view myself as a spiritual alchemist, blending experiences and moments into tangible memories.
I am dedicated to documenting life’s precious moments and I look forward to discovering your story. Together, we will create a visual narrative that reflects your journey and connection with the world around us.

Where It All Began
When I was a child—around eight years old—my grandmother came to visit from Kansas. With her, she brought magic in the form of a Polaroid camera. I remember her taking a few photos of me, but the magic happened when I witnessed the photo print from the camera. It was that very moment that I knew I wanted to be a photographer.
The thrill of watching the image appear as if by enchantment was captivating. The anticipation as the photo developed, revealing nuances I hadn’t even perceived, was awe-inspiring. My grandmother explained the process, sharing stories about her own experiences with photography and how it captured fleeting moments. Each print seemed to hold a piece of time, a memory that would otherwise vanish.
That summer sparked my fascination with not just capturing images, but the stories they tell. I started exploring the world around me, finding beauty in everyday scenes—flowers swaying in the breeze, laughter shared among friends, the warm glow of the setting sun. Each click of the shutter felt like a gateway to preserving those moments forever.
Years later, armed with a deeper understanding of photography and the essence of storytelling, I strive to emulate that same magic I felt as a child. It's not just about the technicalities; it's about the emotions, connections, and memories that photographs can evoke. My grandmother’s Polaroid didn't just capture an image; it ignited a lifelong passion, leading me to where I am today as a photographer.
